Who flipped the switch?

Caleb turned five months old two days ago! It is amazing to us how quickly time is passing. In the last week or so, it is almost as if someone has flipped a switch. Caleb seems much more aware of his surroundings, and his muscle tone even seems to have improved dramatically. He is sitting with less assistance and doing less of the bobble-head thing. When I was reading a book to him yesterday, he reached out and grabbed it! He is also discovering how loudly he can squeal...and believe me, it's loud! It is so much fun to see him grow. Unfortunately, all theses changes have also come with sleep interruption. He hasn't been sleeping well at night or napping well during the day. This could make things interesting, as I rely on him napping well during the mornings so I can get some sleep after working at night. We'll see how it goes this week!

Here are some current pictures taken just yesterday of our little man.

just chillin' with Daddy

We finally got him to smile, but not before he'd drooled on himself. :) The boy is a drool factory these days!
